The Porterhouse Steak

The Certified Angus Beef Porterhouse Steak emphasizes two tender steaks, the striploin and the tenderloin, connected by a telltale t-shaped bone. While similar to the T-Bone Steak, the Tenderloin in the Porterhouse is slightly larger (1 1/4 inch or larger in diameter). This steakhouse classic is often referred to as the “king of steaks”.

This well marbled 29oz steak is perfect to put on the grill and make a delicious dinner for 2!
