Cranberry Top Sirloin Chateau Roast

Prime Top Sirloin Chateau Roast with a Tangy Cranberry Glaze

The Prime Top Sirloin Chateau Roast, coupled with a Tangy Cranberry Glaze is a gorgeous and delicious holiday meal. As a result, you will impress your guests with this easy recipe for the Holidays.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® Prime Sirloin Chateau Roast 

1/2 Teaspoon coarse ground pepper 

1 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries 

1/2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 

5 1/4 ounces jar cranberry relish 

1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley 

1/2 tablespoon orange zest 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450ºF.
  2. To begin with, season Top Sirloin Roast with salt and pepper. Then, in a medium mixing bowl, stir together cranberries, cranberry relish, ginger, orange zest and parsley. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for serving and then coat remainder over top of roast. Line bottom of roasting pan with foil then place rack on top followed by seasoned roast. 
  3. Roast for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 325ºF and cook for an additional 1 hour and 3 minutes or until internal temperature of roast reaches 125ºF for medium rare.
  4. Remove roast from oven to a carving board, then tent with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Once roast has reached your desired internal temp, slice and serve with reserved cranberry mixture.
