Cooking Instructions

The Berkshire Ham makes an easy, supreme pork dinner since it is fully cooked and ready to serve

The ham should take about 10 minutes per pound (approximately 70 to 80 minutes) in an oven at 350°F. In order to keep you ham moist and juicy when cooking, place the ham cut side down inside a foil tent.
