A Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin Roast is the perfect way to wow your family and friends this holiday season. Hand cut from the most tender cut of beef, this roast is lean, succulent and elegant, with mild flavor. Lombardi Brothers Meats offers two different cut options to meet your holiday needs:

  • The Classic Roast is a whole tenderloin, trimmed and tied, ready for the oven. Each roast is approximately 5 pounds
  • The Chateaubriand Roast is a thick, juicy cut from the center of the tenderloin. Each roast is approximately 2.5 pounds

Product is cut fresh to order and packaged in vacuum sealed bags to ensure product stays fresh until you are ready to cook.
