Gary’s QuickSteak Corned Beef

Gary’s QuickSteak Corned Beef can go from the freezer to the table in minutes. Flavorful, tender, and juicy, this thinly sliced beef makes for a variety of easy and delicious meals. Gary’s patented process allows you to place the frozen, pre-sliced steak in a pan and listen for the sizzle. This corned beef is great for a reuben sandwich, corned beef hash, or other appetizers and dips.

1. Pull Sirloin Beef from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen)
2. Pre-heat skillet or pan on medium/high heat. Then place frozen sirloin steak in pan and add Wow! seasoning if desired.
3. After 30 seconds, flip with spatula to the other side. As corned beef slices begin to separate, scramble with spatula until cooked throughout. (cooked corned beef will have a consistent pink color). 
4. Cook until product has reached an internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (be careful not to overcook)
