Cooking skinless chicken breast is a quick and easy way to cook chicken. However, skinless chicken breast can easily dry out so make sure to observe it closely to prevent it from overcooking.
When cooking skin on chicken breast, the skin protects the breast from excessive heat and helps hold in the moisture. Removing the chicken skin after cooking may help reduce the fat content if desired.
When roasting chicken breast, cook at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Cook chicken to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
