Rosemary Garlic Rub
The Rosemary Garlic Rub is a classic blend of fresh rosemary and garlic, highlighted by black pepper, sea salt and other spices. This simple, well balanced spice mixture will undoubtedly accentuate the delicate flavors of any lamb, beef or pork roast. Try coating your favorite roast in Dijon Mustard then sprinkling with the Rosemary Garlic Rub for a rich and delicious flavor. Make sure to let your roast marinate for 10-12hrs before roasting for best results.
One tin of this spice rub will generously season a 6-12lb roast. To preserve freshness, keep this product in the refrigerator or freezer.
When roasting lamb, follow these simple tips:
For a perfect medium-rare, cook 15 to 20 minutes per pound in a 325°F oven
Remove lamb from the oven when it is 5-10 degrees lower than your desired doneness and rest for 3 minutes.
When roasting beef, follow these simple tips:
Cook in oven at 450°F for 15 minutes then lower oven to 325°F and cook until beef has reached your desired doneness and let rest for 5 minutes.
