Easy and Delicious Golden Beef Bone Broth

Easy and delicious Golden Beef Bone Broth adds subtle flavor to our beef bone broth for a snack packed with health benefits. Make a meal out of it and add our Beef Stew.

Golden Beef Bone Broth

Ingredients:

Golden Beef Bone Broth:

1 Quart Beef Bone Broth 

1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder 

1 teaspoon honey 

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 

1/2 Jalapeno, either sliced or diced 

1/2 inch fresh ginger, crushed 

1 clove garlic, crushed 

1/2 teaspoon Kampot whole black peppercorns – freshly ground (similarly substitute freshly ground black pepper)

Optional:

1 pound Beef Stew Meat 

2 tablespoons corn starch

Salt and pepper to taste 

1/2 cup grapeseed oil or other cooking oil 

Instructions:

If you are adding beef stew meat, follow the optional instructions below.

To begin with, add all ingredients for Golden Beef Bone Broth in a large pot on the stove. Before heating, stir well to make sure all ingredients are combined. Once combined, bring to a boil and steep for an hour. Once broth has cooked for an hour, strain as needed for a smooth and flavorful broth. 

Undoubtedly a delicious snack, Golden Beef Bone Broth can be chilled and reheated as desired.

Additionally, try the Golden Beef Bone Broth with Beef Stew Meat for a hearty and satiating meal. 

To begin with, season beef stew meat with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch. 

Heat a large pan on high and add grapeseed oil or cooking oil. Once pan has heated, add beef stew meat. 

Saute the beef stew meat aggressively on one side and then remove from pot and let cool on a platter. Stew meat should be carmelized well on one side yet still rare on the other. 

To begin with, add all ingredients for Golden Beef Bone Broth in a large pot on the stove. Before heating, stir well to make sure all ingredients are combined. Once combined, bring to a boil and steep for an hour. After broth has cooked for an hour, add beef stew meat back into the pot. Finish cooking stew meat for 2-3 minutes and then serve.

Chill and reheat as desired.
